Training program for investors and fund managers, leveraging the experience of the indstry´s most seasoned executives and deal-makers. Built around case studies of recent transactions and current practices in Latin America. MIT faculty contribute to the curriculum and position the course content in the context of global business and investment trends.
Over 80 participants have graduated from the program since it was launched in 2015 by LAVCA, initially with academic faculty from Wharton. As a reflection of the overwhelming response to practitioner led learning, LAVCA has increased the number of expert-led modules for the 2018 edition.
Also new for the 2018 edition, LAVCA is now partnering with MIT and has confirmed two of the school’s most outstanding faculty members: Roberto Rigobon, Society of Sloan Fellows Professor of Management and William Aulet, Professor of the Practice, Technological Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management.
